I contacted Classic Roofing of Marietta along with 4 other roofers. Richard, the owner, called me within 24 hours. He was very informative and "taught" me about my roof. He personally came out to give a written estimate. He was not pushy and did not act as a "salesman." My brother in Florida is a professional roofer, so I explained the situation and reviewed this estimate, along with others. My brother advised me absolutely to go with Classic Roofers. I was glad I did. Richard dressed professionally, had marked trucks, and his worker was friendly! For a leak or any roof needs I recommend Richard's company—Classic Roofing of Marietta!

Our new house was in desperate need of a new roof, fast - and it was going to be a big job. The current roof was cedar shake, much of it disintegrating. I wanted it replaced with a high quality architectural shingle. I spent a lot of time researching the right company for the task and was won over not just by Richard Hicks' professionalism but his enthusiasm for the task (not to mention his more than competitive price). Other contractors, upon visiting the house, proclaimed it "almost too much to be bothered with." Richard, on the other hand, promised a team ready to start at my convenience. He delivered on that promise and had our new roof up on schedule. It is a beautiful piece of work, to be sure. I particularly appreciated Richard's responsiveness to my numerous questions on the project; I cannot recall a time when I didn't receive an almost immediate return call from him. Finally, I would be remiss not to mention the clean-up: I simply cannot overstate the amount of construction waste created by removing thousands of square feet of cedar shingles. The day after completion the waste was gone, almost as if they had never been there---they'd even replaced a couple broken sprinkler heads without my asking. I recommend Classic Roofing without reservations.
